Extend your arms out in front of you, and hold the pose for five breaths. Then, fold forward, lowering your forehead to the floor. To perform Child’s Pose, start in a kneeling position. This pose is a restorative posture that helps to soothe the mind and relax the body. Keep your head and spine in line, and hold the pose for five breaths. Then, tuck your toes under and lift your hips up and back, extending your arms and legs. To perform Downward-Facing Dog, start in a tabletop position. This pose helps to stretch out the hamstrings and calves, and also strengthens the arms and wrists. The first pose in this sequence is Downward-Facing Dog.
